Directional Health was born from a shared belief that true wellbeing is built through movement, nourishment, mindset and faith.
With backgrounds in personal training, nutrition coaching and rehabilitation, we support people through real life challenges — helping them regain strength, confidence and direction.

It is the foundation of how we live, how we work, and how we help others reclaim their health.
Directional Health was founded by personal trainer Simon Webster and nutrition and lifestyle consultant Francesca Cuell, bringing together two disciplines that should never have been separated: how we nourish the body and how we move it.
But what truly makes our approach different is the philosophy that underpins everything we do.
Fear Free
Health decisions today are often driven by fear.
Fear of illness.
Fear of ageing.
Fear of the next diagnosis.
Fear created by an industry that profits from confusion.
We believe something very different.
The human body is miraculously designed to heal. When given the right environment — the right food, movement, rest and support — it has an extraordinary ability to repair, adapt and thrive.
Our work is about helping people make fear-free decisions, even in the face of illness, with the understanding that the body is not fragile — it is resilient by design.

Lasting change always begins with faith.
For us, that faith begins with God, and the belief that we were created with purpose and remarkable biological intelligence.
But even if you do not share that belief, change still requires faith — at the very least faith in yourself.

Our hope is that through the work we do, some people begin to sense that desire for something even bigger — a deeper foundation that makes fear lose its hold.
